The organization’s vision is the Development of vulnerable community including Persons, Women and Children with Disabilities, irrespective of caste, creed or religion for an empowered and disability inclusive human society.

Mission

The organization’s mission is to establish an empowered, thoughtful and disability inclusive community having a clear understanding of holistic development and social & economic equity for all.

OBJECTIVE

To achieve the vision and mission of the organization, Sarvahitkari Sevashram has following objectives, which leads to community empowerment, focusing Taungya community. The objectives are:

• Sustainable development in all sectors (primary health, primary education, and agriculture, human & disability rights, livelihood, inclusion & mainstreaming and gender justice).
• An empowered community which develops their own development plans and ensures the services/ entitlements to under privileged, deprived and marginalized community members.
• To create such an environment that can be protected and respected by the deprived communities, women and children.

Governance
In the organization, decisions are taken in consultation with committee members regarding program operation and administration. Major issues, annual achievement and future planning for organization are discussed in annual based meeting. Organization related problems are discussed with staff members and solutions are taken. The organization gives conductive environment to staff to explore the opportunities.
In the organization, women are given equal weightier and place. The organization is women headed who diligently takes care of the interests of women within organization and in programmatic interventions. Women are also given additional leaves and incentives as per policy. Organization gives due consideration to women issues through different ways.
